BIOGRAPHY
As a Personal Injury lawyer, Joshua has a passion for helping seriously injured people and families that have lost a loved one. He strives to see them get their lives back on track in a time of chaos, pain, and uncertainty.
Joshua litigates all types of personal injury cases involving negligence, including but not limited to Auto Accidents, Commercial Vehicle Auto Accidents, Slip and Fall – Premises Liability, Work Injuries, Wrongful Death, Sexual Assault – Civil, Negligence, Food Poisoning, and Oil Field Accidents.

As a KRW attorney, Joshua has had several successful trial verdicts and obtained hundreds of fantastic settlements for his clients.
Joshua has been admitted to the State Bar of Texas (2012), Western District of Texas, Southern District of Texas, Eastern District of Texas and Northern District of Texas. He is a member of numerous associations, including the State Bar of Texas, San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, San Antonio Bar Association, San Antonio Young Lawyers Association, Million Dollar Advocates Forum – Life Member, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum – Life Member, and The National Trial Lawyers.
Growing up in Houston, Texas, Joshua moved to San Antonio in 2003 to attend Trinity University, where he was a three-year letterman on the football team as a wide receiver. In 2007, he graduated from Trinity with a degree in Political Science and a minor in History; he has been a San Antonio resident ever since. In 2012, Joshua graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. During his time at St. Mary’s Law, Joshua served as Staff Writer and Associate Editor for Volumes 42 and 43 of the St. Mary’s Law Journal.
In addition to his practice at KRW Lawyers, Joshua most loves spending time with his family. He has been married to Fiona, a clinical pharmacist at University Hospital, since 2013. They have two daughters and a son together. When not at work, Joshua enjoys vacationing with the family. He also loves taking part in fitness-related activities with his kids, including mountain biking, swimming, and running. Joshua’s career goal is simple: He wants to always be a plaintiff’s attorney that his wife and kids can be proud of.
