FAQ's

With deep roots in the State of Texas, KRW Lawyers is proud to serve clients throughout Texas, Louisiana and the Southern States, placing a strong emphasis on:

Experience. Our lawyers are known for:

  • Compassion. We treat you like a member of our own family. We want to hear your story and offer a helping hand. Throughout your case, our attorneys will work hard to take as much of the burden off you as possible, so you can focus on what’s most important – your recovery and your family.
  • Communication. You will always feel like your case is a top priority with us. And you will never have to jump through hoops to talk to your attorney. Our personal injury lawyers will regularly update you on the progress in your case, and we are available to talk whenever you need us.
  • Commitment. We do not approach your case with the goal of settling. Our goal is to obtain full and fair compensation for you. In many cases, we can accomplish this through aggressive negotiations, but our respected litigators are always prepared to take your case to court if that’s what is in your best interests. Our success is based on your satisfaction.

At KRW Lawyers, we will evaluate your case for free and begin work on your claim at no charge. In fact, you only pay us if we secure compensation for you!

You need an attorney who will fight for you and be your voice. The best attorney for you is one who has the experience and knowledge your case requires to achieve the best outcome; someone you can talk to and trust, knowing they have your best interests at heart. You need a lawyer with the right knowledge, skills, and experience, but most importantly, one who has the dedication to fight for you throughout a process that may be difficult and stressful.

Our phone number is 210-490-4357 or visit our website. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

No, you don’t have to pay anything to get your case started and our initial consultation is absolutely free. Give our law firm a call at 210-490-4357 and we will set up an in-person or remote meeting with you to answer any questions and get the proper documents signed. At KRW Lawyers, you only pay us if we settle or win your case at trial. There are no upfront costs to starting your case with us.

Texas law allows you to be compensated for your pain and suffering. Our experienced attorneys pay close attention to your injuries and pain levels and set forth all the reasons why you should be compensated fairly for your pain and suffering. After you have completed all of your medical treatment and we have gathered the proper documentation, we will forward a demand to the insurance company. Keep in mind that pain and suffering is a non-economic category of damage that is highly subjective and differs from client to client and case to case.

You only owe attorneys’ fees if we obtain a settlement or verdict in your favor. Once we obtain a settlement or verdict, attorneys’ fees are calculated as a percentage of the total settlement or verdict. There are no fees associated with taking on your case; only when we recover payment from the person or insurance at fault.

KRW Lawyers has been in business since January 2005. We proudly serve clients throughout Texas, Louisiana, and the Southern States. We maintain offices in Austin, Abilene, and Odessa, as well as San Antonio, and our asbestos lawsuits practice includes offices in Louisiana and Pennsylvania. In addition, we represent clients in a number of other states.

A personal injury attorney is one who has dedicated and focused their law practice on helping people who have been hurt or lost a loved one due to the negligence of others. Personal injury attorneys represent anyone who has suffered an injury or loss and seeks legal satisfaction from the responsible party/parties and their insurer so that the person can be “made legally whole.”

The term “personal injury” refers to the damages allowed by law, which include medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering/mental anguish, disfigurement and impairment, recoverable both in the past and those that may be incurred in the future. Your legal status in this country doesn’t matter, our personal injury lawyers are here to help.

Absolutely. It is important that you get your own lawyer looking out for your interests. Always consult with a personal injury attorney before speaking to an insurance company representative, if possible. You need an advocate who is on your side, who can explain the process, and who can represent you so that you aren’t taken advantage of by anyone.

According to a study by The Insurance Research Council (IRC) in its 2014 report titled Attorney Involvement In Auto Injury Claims injured people who hire a lawyer, on average, get a three and a half times larger settlement than those who do not. Insurance companies are hoping you don’t get a lawyer, so they will save money at your expense. Call KRW Lawyers at 210-490-4357 for your free consultation.
